Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey and BBQ sauce, then pour this mixture over the browned chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serving
