Preparation
- Pour 225 grams of juice into a saucepan and sprinkle 50 grams of KNOX gelatin on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat the saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring gently until the gelatin dissolves completely (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in 160 grams of sugar and 200 grams of corn syrup, mixing well until fully combined, then heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, then add your choice of candy flavoring and optional citric acid, stirring thoroughly.
- Carefully pour the mixture into gummy bear molds, using a dropper for precision if necessary, filling each mold evenly.
- Allow the gummy bears to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until fully set.
- Gently pop the gummy bears out of the molds and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
