- In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat.
- Once warm, gradually whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice if using and mix well.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until the gummies are firm.
- Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
