Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup fruit juice (any flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Choose based on preference
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) Adds tartness

  • 1 small saucepan
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 silicone molds For shaping the gummies
  • 1 set measuring spoons

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat.
  2. Once warm, gradually whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice if using and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until the gummies are firm.
  6. Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different fruit juices for exciting flavors. Customize with add-ins like chia seeds or pureed fruit for texture. Delicious at parties or as fun lunchbox treats for kids!
