- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, sugar, water, and spices.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to simmer.
Cooking
- Reduce heat and let it cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fruit breaks down and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the citrus zest.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate or gift as desired.
Notes
Serve in small jars for a lovely presentation. This jam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or frozen for up to 6 months.
