- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.

- Assemble the bowl by layering steak and veggies, then garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
To enhance flavor, add smoked paprika. You can customize with different proteins like chicken or shrimp. Top with avocado or sour cream for creaminess.
