Ingredients
  

Dough and Cheeses
  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
Other Ingredients
  • 1 each egg, beaten For egg wash
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce For dipping
  • to taste Olive oil For brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and place pepperoni slices on top of the cheeses.
  5. Add Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  6. Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one end.
  7. Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg and a light layer of olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
