  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and bell peppers, sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).

  4. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 6-8 minutes).
  5. Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling.

Notes
