Assembly
- Spread ¼ cup of refried beans onto each tortilla.
- Layer with seasoned beef and ¼ cup of enchilada sauce.
- Roll tightly and fold in the sides.
Cooking
- Heat oil or butter in the skillet over medium heat.
- Toast burritos seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
Serving
- Remove burritos from skillet, cool slightly, and slice in half.
- Serve with toppings like salsa and sour cream.
Notes
