  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, diced onion, eggs, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully blended, then shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and golden on top.
  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
