Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Add the cheddar cheese and cream cheese to the beef mixture. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Assembly
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each one into a small circle.
- Scoop a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the center of each biscuit circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges to create a ball. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over each cheeseburger bomb.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce or ketchup for dipping. Ideal portions are 2-3 bombs per person. For freezing, wrap bombs individually and store for up to 2 months.
