Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese and cream cheese to the beef mixture. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Assembly
  1. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each one into a small circle.
  2. Scoop a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the center of each biscuit circle.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges to create a ball. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over each cheeseburger bomb.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or ketchup for dipping. Ideal portions are 2-3 bombs per person. For freezing, wrap bombs individually and store for up to 2 months.
