- Start by melting 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Wait until the butter is bubbly but not browned.
- Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
- Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper while it cooks.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh finish.
Notes
Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for a zesty kick. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
