Ingredients
  

Main Protein
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces Trim any excess fat and cut into uniform pieces.
Aromatics & Vegetables
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Mince the garlic finely to release its oils.
Liquids/Dairy
  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted butter for better control of the dish's salt.
Seasoning/Spice Blend
  • salt and pepper to taste Adjust salt levels according to taste.
Optional Finishing Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Chop finely for best results.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Start by melting 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Wait until the butter is bubbly but not browned.
  2. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
  3. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper while it cooks.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh finish.

Notes

Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for a zesty kick. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
