Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Add the bread cubes to the mixture and gently fold until all pieces are coated.
Baking
- Scoop the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
Serve warm with powdered sugar, maple syrup, or fresh fruit. Customizable with add-ins like berries or chocolate chips.
