Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub this mixture all over the chicken evenly.
Breading and Frying Chicken
  1. Set up breading stations: place the buttermilk in one bowl, flour in another, and breadcrumbs in the last.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in flour, coat in buttermilk, then cover with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Making French Toast
  1. In a clean bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat a separate skillet, add butter, dip bread slices into the egg mixture, and cook for 2-3 minutes each side.
Assembly
  1. Take one slice of French toast, add a piece of chicken, and top with another slice of French toast.
