  • 6 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 pound Roast beef Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions Can be made in advance
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Beef broth For dipping
Seasoning and Sauces
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish sauce Optional, for serving
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, caramelize the onions over medium heat until golden.
  3. Slice the slider buns and layer roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese.
  4. Place the sliders in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; brush this mixture on top of the sliders.
  2. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve warm with a side of beef broth for dipping.

Notes
