Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the English muffins into small cubes and lightly toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Gently fold in the toasted English muffin cubes, diced Canadian bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
Cooking
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
