  • 6 pieces English muffins, cut into cubes and lightly toasted Toasting helps retain the bread's structure when mixed with the egg mixture.
Liquids/Dairy
  • 2 cups Whole milk Ensure the milk is fresh for best flavor.
Optional Finishing Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hollandaise sauce Serve warm, but not hot.
Additional Ingredients
  • 12 large Eggs Whisk together with milk for a fluffy consistency.
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese Gently fold into the mixture.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the English muffins into small cubes and lightly toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the toasted English muffin cubes, diced Canadian bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Once out of the oven, drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.

Notes

Customize with chopped green onions or fresh herbs for added flavor. Consider serving with a fresh fruit salad and mimosas.
