Preparation
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat, and sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef. Stir and cook as directed on seasoning packet.
- Once cooked, add the cooked rice, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, and chipotle sauce to the skillet. Stir until combined and heated through.
- Take a tortilla and place a generous portion of the beef and cheese mixture in the center. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
Cooking
- In a clean skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Place burritos seam side down and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.
Notes
For added flavor, mix chopped onions or jalapeƱos into the beef mixture. Customize these burritos with your favorite veggies like bell peppers or corn. Serve with a dollop of extra sour cream or a sprinkle of fresh cilantro for a finishing touch.
