  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth; stir to combine.
  3. Layer the broccoli florets on top of the chicken mixture.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Stir in the cooked rice and cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
