Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box box of brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
Ice Cream Layers
  • 2 pints ice cream (your choice of flavor)
Toppings
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • to taste chocolate syrup optional, for drizzling
  • to taste chocolate shavings or sprinkles optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions and grease a 9×13 inch cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until well combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions.
  2. Once baked, let the brownies cool completely.
Assembly
  1. Cut the brownies in half horizontally to create two layers.
  2. Place one layer of brownies on a serving plate and spread one pint of ice cream evenly on top.
  3. Add the second layer of brownies on top of the ice cream, followed by the second pint of ice cream.
  4. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and add any garnishes if desired.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Slice and enjoy your showstopping dessert!
