  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For coating
  • 2 tablespoons parsley Fresh, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts lightly with olive oil.
  4. Press the oiled chicken breasts into the bread crumb mixture until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with parsley for a pop of color.
