  • 1 pound chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 pound bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For Coating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying Enough for deep frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Take a piece of chicken, place a spoonful of the filling inside, and secure it with toothpicks.
Coating and Frying
  1. Roll each stuffed chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Carefully lower the stuffed chicken into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the bombs from oil and let them drain on paper towels.

For best results, try adding spices like garlic powder or paprika to the chicken. Customize the filling with different types of cheese or sauces.
