  • 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can be substituted with your favorite cheese or omitted for a lighter version.
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (Optional.)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped red onion.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon into the bowl.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  4. If using, sprinkle in the chopped fresh dill, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately for the best flavor, or chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for enhanced taste.

Notes
