Preparation
- Start by preparing the chicken breasts. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and spread the softened cream cheese evenly over it.
Cooking
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and minced garlic over the chicken.
- Pour in the chicken broth slowly to surround the meat.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken and cream cheese.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low for about 5 hours.
- Taste the sauce about 30 minutes before serving and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix it with the creamy sauce. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
