Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes, kielbasa, and chopped onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the layered ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir before serving.
