- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the seasoned chicken breasts. Sear each side until golden brown, about 3 minutes each.
- Place the chicken in the crock pot. Add garlic granules, sun-dried tomatoes, white wine (or chicken broth), and chicken bouillon.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, ensuring the chicken is tender and flavorful.
- Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese. If desired, thicken the sauce with cornstarch mixed with cold water.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
Notes
Add more garlic or herbs for extra depth of flavor. Customize by swapping in other vegetables like spinach or roasted red peppers. A fresh salad or steamed veggies makes a great side.
