Method
 

Preparation
  1. In your crock pot, add the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms.
  2. Pour in the beef broth, then add the cream cheese on top.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper for seasoning, then stir gently to combine.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours.
  2. After 3 hours, add the cheese tortellini and stir to mix.
  3. Cook for an additional 30-45 minutes, until tortellini is tender.
  4. Add the shredded cheese and allow it to melt before serving.
