Liquids/Dairy
  • 1/2 cup honey Agave syrup can substitute for honey.
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Carefully add the coated chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is frying, mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, drain it on paper towels and return it to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken bites hot on a platter, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
  2. Pair with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

Notes

These chicken bites can be frozen for up to 3 months. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add ginger to the sauce for enhanced flavor.
