Preparation

  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Carefully slice each potato every half inch, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Place sliced potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making Garlic Butter Mixture

  2. Brush the garlic butter mixture all over the potatoes, ensuring it seeps into the slices.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
