Preparation
- Start by soaking the chicken wings in milk for about 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
Coating and Frying
- Remove the wings from the milk and dip them into the egg mixture, then into the flour blend.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
- Fry the wings in batches for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once cooked, place the wings on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
