- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Mix well until all ingredients are nicely blended together.
- Place a generous spoonful of the mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
Cooking
- Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully add the rolled taquitos to the hot pan, seam-side down.
- Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
