  • 3 tbsp olive oil For tossing the potatoes.

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds color and mild flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) Sprinkle over fries for added richness.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped for garnish) For a pop of color.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to ensure even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well-coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  2. Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
