Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to ensure even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well-coated.
- Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
