  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use plain or Italian seasoned
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 pieces eggs, beaten

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Coating the Chicken
  1. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray or brushed with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra zest, consider marinating the chicken in Italian dressing for a few hours before preparation. Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
