Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares, roughly 3x3 inches.
- In the center of each square, place a spoonful of mozzarella, a few pepperoni slices, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
- Spray the outside of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning if desired.
Cooking
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t touching.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve on a platter garnished with fresh herbs. Pair with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping. Adjust cooking time for frozen pizza rolls.
