Ingredients
  

For the Rolls
  • 1 package pizza roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • Olive oil spray
  • Italian seasoning (optional) Use for additional flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares, roughly 3x3 inches.
  4. In the center of each square, place a spoonful of mozzarella, a few pepperoni slices, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Spray the outside of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning if desired.
Cooking
  1. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t touching.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve on a platter garnished with fresh herbs. Pair with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping. Adjust cooking time for frozen pizza rolls.
