  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  2. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Serve hot with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
