Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, diced bell peppers, chopped green onions, and optional chicken or tofu.
- Stir in soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, rolling it up tightly. Seal with a bit of water.
Cooking
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange egg rolls in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping. Cut in half for easy sharing.
