Creamy Southern Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 12 oz spaghetti Cooked until al dente.
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Creamy Mixture
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
Cheese and Topping
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided Reserve ½ cup for topping.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled For topping.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in the cooked chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar, Parmesan, and cooked spaghetti.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and crumbled bacon.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  3. Let rest for 5–10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For flavor enhancement, add diced bell peppers or spinach. This dish can be customized with different proteins or served with a drizzle of hot sauce for extra spice.
