Preparation
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Cooking
  1. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the can of diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  3. Add cooked macaroni to the skillet. Gently mix until pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce.
  4. Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well incorporated.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Notes
