Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season and cook chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
Cooking
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in smoked paprika, oregano, red chili flakes, chicken stock, and single cream. Bring to a gentle simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Slice the chicken, return it to the pan, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan.
Serving
- Serve in large bowls, garnished with fresh cilantro and optional chili oil.
