  • 8 ounces Ramen noodles Cook according to package instructions.
Seasoning/Spice Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Toast briefly in the pan for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
Liquids/Dairy
  • 2 cups Chicken stock Use low-sodium for better control of salt.
  • 1 cup Single cream Replace with coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
Aromatics & Vegetables
  • 3 cloves Garlic Mince before adding to the pan.
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes Slice before adding.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro) Add just before serving.
Optional Finishing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan For added richness.
  • 1 Chili oil Optional, for those who like extra heat.
  • 1/2 cup Bean sprouts For added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season and cook chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in smoked paprika, oregano, red chili flakes, chicken stock, and single cream. Bring to a gentle simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  4. Slice the chicken, return it to the pan, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan.
Serving
  1. Serve in large bowls, garnished with fresh cilantro and optional chili oil.

Notes

For brighter flavors, add a splash of lemon juice. Feel free to customize ingredients based on preferences.
