Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a separate skillet, sauté the minced garlic in a teaspoon of olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and blanched broccoli. Add the sautéed garlic, ranch dressing, half of the mozzarella, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir well to combine.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
