  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped Use a cooking method of your choice.
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Shred the chicken with two forks for texture.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Mince finely for maximum flavor.
Dairy and Dressings
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Choose creamy or light based on preference.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella Use freshly shredded for best melting.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar Set aside for topping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for about 3 minutes. They should be bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, chopped bacon, minced garlic, ranch dressing, and cheeses. Stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  2. For a crispy topping, sprinkle the remaining cheese over the casserole during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  3. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor with herbs like thyme or parsley and customize with additional veggies. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
