  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded or cubed Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Aromatics & Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Cut into small pieces for even cooking.
Liquids/Dairy
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Use full-fat products for the best flavor.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Soften for easy mixing.
Seasoning/Spice Blend
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Mince fresh for maximum flavor.
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian herbs
  • to taste Salt & pepper
Optional Finishing Ingredients
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Grate your own for better melting.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Stir for 2 minutes to combine flavors.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix heavy cream and softened cream cheese until smooth. Pour over the chicken and broccoli, stirring everything together.
  2. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and minced garlic, mixing well.
Baking
  1. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
  2. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, try adding a sprinkle of lemon zest before serving. Customize the dish by adding your favorite vegetables.
