Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Making the Sauce
  1. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, and stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
