  • 2 pounds Chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on top of the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  2. Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. Stir the shredded chicken mixture into the spaghetti and mix well. Serve warm.

Notes

Enhance flavor with sautéed onions or bell peppers. You can swap chicken for shredded rotisserie chicken.
