Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on top of the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
- Stir the shredded chicken mixture into the spaghetti and mix well. Serve warm.
Notes
Enhance flavor with sautéed onions or bell peppers. You can swap chicken for shredded rotisserie chicken.
