Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Cooking
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
- Stir the shredded chicken mixture into the spaghetti and mix well. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve in a large bowl or on individual plates, pairs well with garlic bread or fresh green salad. Can customize with sautéed onions or bell peppers and top with fresh parsley or extra parmesan cheese before serving.
