Preparation
- Combine the cubed chicken and halved potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Evenly sprinkle the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder over the top.
Cooking
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and sour cream.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until melted.
Serving
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top just before serving.
