Cooking Steps
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Cook until creamy and heated through.
- Mix in the cooked gnocchi and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
- Top with the crispy bacon bits.
