  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Cook until creamy and heated through.
  5. Mix in the cooked gnocchi and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
  7. Top with the crispy bacon bits.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Freeze in individual portions for up to 2 months. Reheat gently when ready to serve.
