Preparation
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir in the uncooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach, or substitute chicken with shrimp. Serve with extra Parmesan or a drizzle of olive oil for a gourmet touch.
