  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the cubed chicken in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. In the last 30 minutes, stir in the cooked pasta and cheese if using.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes
