Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 12 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups Carrots
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Havarti Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • Olive Oil For cooking
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper To taste
  • Fresh Parsley For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Making the Sauce
  1. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the cream, Italian seasoning, and cheeses to the skillet. Stir until the cheeses melt and the sauce is creamy.
Combining
  1. Mix in the cooked pasta and roasted vegetables. Toss to combine.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
