Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Pour the cranberry-orange mixture over the chicken.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
