- In a large pot, boil water and cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook to your preferred doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Slowly pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring well.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, mixing to coat evenly. Slice the steak and place on top.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
For a stronger garlic flavor, consider adding more minced garlic to the sauce. Customize by adding your favorite vegetables, such as spinach or mushrooms. Serve in individual bowls for a cozy, restaurant-style experience.
