  • 1.5 lb ground chuck Use quality ground chuck for the best flavor.
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Hamburger buns Choose your favorite type.
  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo For topping.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 hamburger patties, ensuring they are similar in size. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
Cooking
  1. Grill the patties over medium heat to your desired doneness, flipping carefully to avoid breaking.
  2. Check temperatures with a meat thermometer: 130-135°F for medium-rare, 140-145°F for medium, and 160°F for well-done.
  3. Serve the burgers on buns topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo. Add pickles, onions, or avocado if desired.

Notes

For a flavor boost, add garlic powder or onion powder to the patty mix. Customize with different cheeses or spices. Serve with fun sides like sweet potato fries or coleslaw for a complete meal.
